Your AI personal trainer. Real-time posture detection, personalized workout and diet plans, progress tracking, and a built-in chatbot — all powered by machine learning.
AI-powered physiotherapy at home. Guides patients through doctor-prescribed rehabilitation exercises with real-time movement validation and weekly progress reports sent to clinicians.
Kinai began as a Final Year Project at CECOS University Peshawar — born from a simple observation: access to quality fitness training and physiotherapy in Pakistan is expensive, geographically limited, and inconsistent.
Our team of three set out to bridge that gap using artificial intelligence. The result is FitBot — a smart mobile fitness companion — and the concept for Kinai Medical, an AI physiotherapy module that keeps patients recovering safely at home.
Both applications are powered by computer vision, generative AI, and machine learning — running entirely on a standard smartphone camera with no additional hardware required.
Three computer science students from CECOS University — united by one goal: building AI that actually helps people.
Specializes in machine learning and computer vision. Led the design of the 5-layer posture detection pipeline and MediaPipe integration. Passionate about applying AI to solve real healthcare challenges.
Responsible for the FitBot mobile application and all user interface design. Built the dashboard, profile screens, and progress visualizations in Flutter. Makes complex AI features feel simple and accessible.
Built the server-side architecture, REST APIs, and database systems. Integrated the Groq LLM for diet and workout plan generation and manages all data pipelines powering both applications.
